PRIVACY AGREEMENT

Middy Tackle International Ltd respect the privacy of the buyer or user at all times. Information given by the buyer or user will not be passed onto any non related* third parties and will, if stored, be in a secure area of  Middy Tackle International Ltd's site or database. We may, however from time to time pass on consumer contact details to our sponsored* stockists so that they can send details of great 30PLUS offers.

We will also have the right to send the buyer or user sales information/mail shots by post, e-mail or fax from time to time. Should the buyer or user wish to not receive such information or offers from 30PLUS or their sponsored stockists then the buyer or user should request via an e-mail to us (info@middytackle.com or info@specimen30plus.com) that they no longer wish to receive such information and we will, in due course, ensure the buyer or user is no longer sent mail shots or sales information from either us or the sponsored stockists.

*Sponsored stockists are totally separate responsible companies but we have a relationship that promotes sales of 30PLUS items to the consumer/angler.
